These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NorCal FDC Consult application and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected account access.
Our service may allow you to connect your Google account and authorize access to certain Google APIs, including YouTube-related functionality. By connecting your account, you authorize us to act on your behalf only to the extent necessary to provide the features you request through the service.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing material, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use the service in a way that violates Google’s policies or any third-party rights.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet your expectations or requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorCal FDC Consult will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may revoke Google account access through your Google account settings.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
